To request a return, please login or sign up with the email address used to place the order on the the accounts page.

Process:
- Once logged in, locate the relevant order and click the request a return button.

- Complete the return request fields.

- To exchange an item please provide details in the notes section.

- Submit the return request.

Your request will be processed within 48 hours. If approved, you will receive an email witha return shipping label attached.

• - Australian orders: A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from efunds or made payable for exchanges. 
• - NZ Orders: An AUD40 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds or made payable for exchanges.. 

• - Please contact shop-au@karhu.com within 14 days of delivery if you have any issues with your return process. 
• - The returned product must arrive at our facility within 21 days from the delivery date. 
• - Refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive your return (Within a maximum of 30 days).
• - Products must be clean, unworn, and returned in their original box. 
  We cannot accept items that do not meet these conditions.
